A THEOLOGICAL REVOLUTION (TR)
Have you ever been caught up in being part of something while having a peculiar sense that something is just not right? I’m not suggesting that something is completely wrong rather it’s just not working anymore. Well, I have been living with that feeling for quite some time, and a Theological Revolution is me finally doing something about it.
My name is Kendell Healy and I am a theologian. Straight to the point: I sincerely believe that we need to re-examine what we think we know about the Scriptures and we need to open ourselves up to the possibility that we may not know as we ought to know (That’s a lot of knowing!). Unless we change and do things differently we cannot expect others to change. Unless we grow ourselves, we cannot expect genuine growth around us.

What exactly is content that challenges our thinking? Many adults who have grown up in the church are very familiar with the Biblical stories that they learned when they were children. Stories such as God and creation – Adam & Eve – Noah – Abraham – David & Goliath and, of course—Jesus Christ.
Sadly, I have discovered, through pastoring several churches over the years, that most people who grew up in the church still only have a childhood understanding of those stories . In truth, those stories have deep theological meaning that many have missed because they have not matured beyond their childhood understanding of them. However, there is so much to learn. . . My aim is to open up that content to you in a compelling manner.
One last thing: I can tell you what a Theological Revolution is not—it’s not a church and it’s not a church plant. Nor is it a means of forcing anyone to think in a certain manner. I simply want people to think for themselves through the process of on-line study and thoughtful dialogue. A Theological Revolution is for independent theological thinkers who are living with the peculiar sense that something isn’t right — something has got to change for the better. . . I hope that you will join me.
